On November 29th, 2019, industrial legend Pigface will take the stage in Minneapolis, MN during Pigface's first tour in 14 years. However, taking the stage before Pigface is a very promising Minneapolis industrial trio, depotek on Facebook. Having only one EP, Line of Sight isn't allowing Minneapolis's music scene overlook them and any industrial fan reading this should do the same.

Iron Maiden at the Xcel Energy Center

In 2017, Iron Maiden arrived in St. Paul, Minnesota during the Book of Souls tour. This was my first Iron Maiden concert and I love that it was at the beautiful Xcel Energy Center, home of the Minnesota Wild. This concert was the first concert they had played in Minnesota since August, 2000 at Roy Wilkins Auditorium,...seventeen years ago. On Monday, they returned for the epic Legend of the Beast tour (spanning and theming songs along the bands massive history and mobile game featuring Iron Maiden mascot/character: Eddie).

Mad Alice: Detroit Lakes 07/05/2019 (Updated 07/24/2019)

Mad Alice, a Minnesotan Alice in Chains & Mad Season tribute band, played in Detroit Lakes, MN at the Lakeside Tavern on July 5th, 2019. They were among a three tribute band lineup which also included Lithium (Nirvana tribute band) and Def Leggend (Def Leppard tribute band)

Rhys Fulber Solo: Your Dystopia, My Utopia

Rhys Fulber has grown a tremendous reputation for being one of, if not the most, hardest working musicians in electronic/industrial music. This is also hardly a fresh development that arose a year or two ago, but a tough grind work ethic that has continued since his initial joining with Bill Leeb in 1986. Leeb had just left industrial band Skinny Puppy to form the very start of Front Line Assembly. Since then, and to date, he has either been an official member of or worked with: Delerium, Conjure One, Fear Factory, Nailbomb, Fauxliage, and many others. Now, he's added a solid solo album to that list.
